How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours and usually arrive within 1–2 weeks. However, during peak periods, delivery may take up to an additional week. Please note that international shipping delays beyond our control may also occur. -
What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
If your order is lost or damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. -
Will all the items in my order arrive together?
Sometimes, items are shipped separately to speed up delivery, prevent customs fees, or because they come from different distribution centers.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to make the changes. However, once an order has been dispatched, modifications are no longer possible. -
Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
We offer order cancellations within 30 minutes of purchase. If you change your mind within that timeframe, just send us a message or email, and we’ll cancel and issue a full refund as soon as we receive your request.

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us, and we’ll provide you with the nearest return address. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send you a refund confirmation via email. -
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, contact us, and we’ll provide the nearest return address. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you as soon as the replacement order has been shipped.
